SPRAINED FOOT

I met Helmi when I was coming out from the school office.  Helmi, who is one of my basketballers, was waiting to see Cikgu Wan Yusaini after he had come back from the hospital.  He fell from the stairs and sprained his right foot.  Thank goodness it is only a minor sprain.
