Quite a number of teachers made an effort to see me to extend their New Year greetings after the assembly. I guess they too were wondering why it was not announced during assembly. Most of the teachers who came to wish me were those whom I have been working with for more than 7 years. I think many would have gone and wished Miss Ng as well after they realised what had happened. And so thank goodness for that saving grace, if not it would have spoilt my day.
