As our library will be holding an exhibition on Herbal Baths, Puan Kamariah and I visited Mak Uda, a Bidan or midwife, to get some herbs that were used for baths for ladies in confinement. Mak Uda also shared a lot of her knowledge about traditional herbs for confinement with us.
