COOKING DEMONSTRATION: SAMBAL IKAN BILIS

This evening, the library committee carried out the second cooking demonstration.  The chef this time was none other than our very own Tuan Haji Ahmad Hasnin.  While he was cooking he gave pointers to the teachers, staff and students who had come for the cooking demonstration.
He also let some of the staff and students have hands-on learning by making them stir the ingredients which were cooking in the pan.  The sambal ikan bilis took quite some time to cook as Tuan Haji Hasnin was cooking for more than 40 people.
