SHOWING INTEREST IN THE HERBAL BATH EXHIBITION

I was the Relief Teacher for Form 4VE3 this afternoon.  The boys and girls of that class were very interested in the exhibition on Traditional Herbal baths and asked me a lot of questions.  They also busied themselves reading the information about the different types of baths.
One of the boys, Hafiz (pictured above) helped me to replace the herbs that had dried up with new ones.  He also told me that the leaves of the Guava plant is a herbal remedy for gastric.  One needs to chew on the leaves to get relief from the gastric pains.  According to Hafiz, he learnt about this cure from his grandpa.
