IKAN SEBELAH

One of the items on the menu of the canteen today is "Ikan Sebelah".  When fried, this fish tastes very sweet and it is also crispy.  I will usually have it when it is on the menu.  Many of the teachers like to eat it as well.  In the above pictures, you can see our canteen helper, Puan Ros, holding up the fried "Ikan Sebelah".
