Mukamil, Asri and Hafez who are members of the editorial team for Buletin PS Vokasma have been working to complete the first edition of this newsletter which will be given out next Friday to coincide with the oath-taking ceremony for the librarians and also the launch of the NILAM Programme for 2011.
