LOOKING FOR A UNIQUE PLANT

Puan Salasian, Puan Nor Amlina and I went out to send Raja to the LSG Music Shop in Taman Samudera this morning for his apprenticeship.  The shop had closed for a few days and was only opening today, so this will be Raja's first day.  As the shop only opens at 10.00 a.m., they all accompanied me to the Pasar Khamis in Kampung Koh to buy a plant for the launching ceremony of Minggu Koperasi tomorrow.
My regular florist is Chun.  He is the one that I buy most of the plants for the Taman Herba from. When he heard that I wanted the plant for an activity in school, he said he would sponsor it.  Actually, young though he may be, Chun is very supportive of programmes for education and charity.  He also sponsored a few of the Indian Jujube Plants for the Pondok when he heard I wanted to buy them for the orphanage there.
Puan Salasiah is holding the Pedilanthus plant sponsored by Chun for the Minggu Koperasi.  My two colleagues who went with me also bought a few plants for their homes.  Our dear Raja helped to carry the plants to the car.  After that it was time to send him to his worksite.
