ASSEMBLY FOR 7TH MAY, 2010

The teacher on duty for this week's assembly was Puan Rosni. She showed a short documentary on environmental awareness and highlighted the need for cleanliness. The student who represented his class 5VE5 for the "Upholding the Malay Language Slot" is Amirul Ashraf.  Cikgu Wan Yusaini bin Wan Hassan, the senior asssistant for student affairs presented the prizes to the best maintained classses for both Forms s4 and 5. 
There were prize presentations for the KAT and the Minggu Pusat Sumber before the launching ceremony of the "Minggu Cahaya di Atas Cahaya" by Puan Siti Arfah bt Ibrahim, the Super Principal of our school.  After the launch, there was a slide show presentation of the top scorers of our school for the 2009 SPM examination. 
After that Cikgu Wan Yusaini bin Wan Hassan was invited to give his talk.  One of the issues he touched on was H1N1.  He reminded everyone to be mindful of their health and to take extra precautions. 
As usual the assembly ended with the singing of the school song and Community Berilmu Perak Terbilang followed by the oath taking ceremony.
