WHAT'S WRONG WITH OUR AUTOMATION SYSTEM?

One of the big headaches that we face in the library is the automation system.  The one which was bought in 2006 is outdated and was giving a lot of trouble to Puan Asiah and the librarians.  This morning, when the system 'jammed' again, Puan Asiah asked Cikgu Onie for help.
Well, after the checked everything, Cikgu Onie suggested that we call the system programmer to come and solve the problem and we all agreed.  He later contacted the programmer who said he'd come in the evening.
