I fell from the top of the stairs of the stage during assembly yesterday morning. I was capturing the launch of the NILAM Programme by Puan Siti Arfah and wanted to go down the stage quickly. In my haste, I lost my footing and fell down six steps. Since I was holding the video camera in my right hand, I held on tight to it but in the process I hurt my arm which I had sprained a few months ago.
Afterwards, Puan Kamariah sent me to the traditional masseur and chiropractor who has been treating me for some time. Besides my right arm, I also hurt my back and legs. Believe me, going to visit the Uncle for treatment is no fun as it is very painful as can be seen in the above pictures.
