This morning, Cik Fatin, Hadi and I were busy putting up Chinese New Year decorations in the library. Every time there is a festival, we will try and give the place a festive atmosphere. We are not done yet as there is a mini exhibition on the lunar new year which will be put up in February in time for the festival.
