FALLEN PATAWALI PLANT: DAMAGE CONTROL

To salvage the damaged Patawali plant which had been growing on a fallen tree trunk, Cikgu Shahidan will be taking some of the roots and replanting them near the Fruit Garden.  In the meantime, Puan Asiah, Miss Cheah and a few of the librarians have been busy cutting the vines from the plant.  The vine is used in traditional herbal medicinal to treat diabetes, fever and high blood pressure.  We will be cutting the vines into 1-inch pieces and drying them.  Anyone who wants them can get them from the library.
