During assembly this morning, Ustaz Mohd. Lotpi bin Razali, the senior assistant for S.M. Vokasional Seri Manjung spoke about the Inter Technical School Carnival which will start today. He thanked everyone for their help so far and asked for their full cooperation to help make the carnival, which will take place for two weekends, a successful one.
