The finals of the Piala Dato Dr Nor Azmi Ibrahim English Language Parliamentary Style Debate 2011 was between SM Teknik Ipoh and SM Vokasional Lebuh Catur. The motion of the debate was "Social Networking Sites Can Increase Social Problems Among Teenagers". And the winner was S.M. Teknik Ipoh. The best speaker was Eric Joseph Pereira from the winning team. Congratulations.
